Yoga's goal is the quietening of the restless and distracted mind, the stilling of the body through the practice of asana. When practiced regularly this will help us achieve the goal on a daily basis. - unknown 

Andy is a born and bred Londoner who moved to the Tirolean Alps many moons ago. After years in the snowboard and skate industry as a photographer and designer he found his calling in the practice of yoga. After years of intense and dedicated practice on and off the mat including eight years self study of yogic texts digging deep into the Bhagavad Gita he found that teaching what he'd learnt was the way forward.Andy is at home teaching strong, powerful vinyasa classes but also loves to teach more mellow classes for beginners to ensure they begin with good alignment and an understanding of the purpose of asana in the yoga system. Always working to the various level of the individuals in each class, he offers options to suit each yogi's abilities - something for everyone
